Fairways at Woburn Country Club is available for your corporate event needs. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the country club while conducting your meeting. We are available for all day events including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We will rent your audio visual and or entertainment if needed. General Information


Rental

There is a room rental charge of $450.00 to rent the facility for five hours and $250.00 to rent the restaurant for four hours.

Minimum Required

In order to ensure a successful function; please notify the function manager 14 days prior to your function with a guaranteed minimum count. You will be charged for the minimum guaranteed even if the actual attendance is less. We will accept an additional count up to 5% above the guaranteed count 48 hours prior to the function. A minimum guarantee of 50 persons is required for the banquet package in the hall and 40 in the restaurant.

Deposit

A non-refundable non- transferable deposit of $500.00 is required upon signing the contract for all functions. This deposit will confirm/hold the date of your function.

Split Meal

The Fairways recommends the selection of one type of entrée. If you do decide on a split meal, there will be a surcharge of $1.50 per entrée.

Liquor and Food Policy

Before placing your order, please inform your coordinator/server if a person in your party has a food allergy. Due to insurance regulations, no food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought on to the premises by the patron or any of his/her guests. For the same reason no food or beverage may be taken from the premises. The Fairways reserves the right to limit and control the amount of alcohol beverages consumed by you and your guests. Open bars will be priced on a consumption basis utilizing a running tab. Open bars will only be offered for up to four hours. An 20% administrative fee will be added to all open bar tabs. Drink pricing will be furnished upon request. A $125.00 bar fee is added to all functions.

Smoking Policy

For your guest convenience, we do provide several areas for them to smoke. There is no smoking in the building.

Security

The Fairways at Woburn Country Club shall not be responsible for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following any function.

Displays

All displays and decorations proposed by guests must be approved by management.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may be confirmed 10 days prior to event.

Linens

Black or White linen and your choice of napkin color is included in all menu prices. Special linen requests are available at an extra charge to the guests.

Fees and Taxes

An administrative fee of 20% will be added to all food and beverage items. A sales tax of 7.00 % will be added to your final bill, due to Massachusetts’s sales tax regulations
